Emperor & empress remember Hirohito
Japan’s Emperor Akihito (second right in first photo below) and his wife, Empress Michiko (shown with a Shinto priest in second photo), visited the tomb of Akihito’s father, Emperor Hirohito, at the Musashino Imperial Mausoleum in Tokyo on June 22.
