Medieval royal wedding pageant in Germany

The Landshuter Hochzeit (Landshuter Wedding) 1475 parade took place on June 28 in Landshut, Germany. The pageant, which is held once every four years, celebrates the 15th century marriage of Polish king Casimir IV’s daughter Jadwiga (or Hedwig) to Duke George of Bavaria.
