Good enough to eat
Below are photos of the spectacularly pretty cake served at the wedding reception of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (Prince William and Catherine Middleton). The cake was made by Fiona Cairns and designed using the Joseph Lambeth technique. (Next three photos © Clarence House, 2011.)
Now for a bonus photo! The McVitie’s Cake Company created this chocolate biscuit cake for the reception at Prince William’s request. It was made from a royal family recipe.
