Two celebrities recently revealed their admiration for British royals. Appearing on the talk show "Ellen," actress Reese Witherspoon shared her excitement about meeting the Duchess of Cambridge. “She’s so pretty. She’s a princess! …She’s so composed, and she just seems like such a lady.” Here’s the video.
Singer Paul McCartney is scheduled to perform at Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee concert, and reportedly he’s looking forward to it. In a recent Rolling Stone interview, he said the Queen was “cool” and “a bit of a babe” when she came to the throne.
Even at the age of 10, the future Beatle was already a royal watcher, describing Her Majesty as "our lovely young Queen" in a school essay. According to this video report from the BBC, the award-winning essay will be put on display in Liverpool’s Central Library next year to mark the Queen’s Jubilee.
