The votes are in (well, OK, there was just one vote), and the April 2012 Royal Book Cover of the Month is:
Her Majesty: Queen Elizabeth II and Her Court by Robert Hardman is a biography with 16 pages of color illustrations.
I knew all along that it would be difficult to get votes for the Royal Book Cover of the Month. Still, it was fun running the poll for a few months, and I thank everyone who participated. This month’s winner is a striking book cover and quite deserving of its victory. (Have you noticed that the Queen looks good in everything she wears? There doesn’t seem to be a single color that doesn’t flatter Her Majesty.)
