Crown Prince Naruhito visits Germany

On June 24, Japan’s Crown Prince Naruhito visited the Conrad primary school in Berlin (first picture). On the same day, the prince also took a tour through Berlin’s Pergamon Museum. The second photo below shows him looking at the Ishtar Gate with the head of the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation, Hermann Parzinger.

Japan’s crown prince heads for Germany

Below: On June 21, Japan’s Crown Prince Naruhito (left) left his residence at Togu Palace in Tokyo for a four-day visit to Germany. Seeing him off were (from left to right) his wife, Crown Princess Masako; his brother, Prince Akishino, and Akishino’s wife, Princess Kiko.
